The Stirling Fitness Studio is the perfect place to practice Yoga. It is warm, quiet and comfortable and I'm delighted to have the very talented Jamie Dunleavey teaching her own unique style on Wednesdays at 10am.

Jamie teaches a mix of Hatha and Ashtanga, or Power Yoga, which makes the class very functional from a fitness point of view. You don't have to be super bendy or 21 to do the class - this Yoga is for everbody and is non-elitist!

Jamie also includes a wonderful Mindfulness and relaxation section at the end of her class - this is essential for organising your mind in a chaotic world.
