Water is a great medium for exercise and I teach my Aqua Fitness class at Garratts pool in Stirling on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7.45-8.15am.
The class is a mix of aerobic or fatburning training combined with strength and flexibility work and is, most of all, great fun.

Garratts is perfectly set up for the ‘new normal’ with a small pool yet plenty of space to socially distance.
We usually have the pool to ourselves and there is a maximum of 10 per class.
