7/2/20 Classes are going well here at Stirling Fitness and I can’t believe we’re into February already!
I have been pretty busy as everyone wants to get fit for the New Year but the key is really keeping your fitness going way beyond New Year in fact for life.
The best way is not to be too ambitious but form a plan of exercising twice a week to start, then building up to gradually 3 times. Walking, swimming, a class, they all count but have a goal – maybe a 5K, a cycle or charity swim for Spring/Summer.
I think it’s best not to rely on friends to keep fit with because if they drop out so will you! Commit to a gym or class and pay for it – there is nothing like money as a motivator for most things...
