My Pilates and fitness classes are still running well on Zoom with many of you seeing big improvements with your fitness with more time to exercise.

Many of you are doing 2+ classes per week so you will have achieved something so valuable during this challenging time - your health and fitness.

It’s sometimes difficult to motivate yourself during this crisis with children running around etc but it’s essential to make time for yourself.

Remember that regular exercise boosts your immune system and improves your mood.
