The lockdown continues and I am continuing to teach my Pilates and High Intensity classes online.

It’s really tempting to say ‘I’ll practice at home’ or ‘online fitness isn’t for me‘ but are you?

Your core muscles, back and shoulders are so important for your posture - if you fail to exercise them you will develop problems eventually.

Getting into a routine with your fitness and committing to a class will really help.

Zoom is really easy to download and I have finally got the music working which is especially important for the High Intensity classes.
