Well it’s week 7 of Lockdown - how are you doing with your fitness?

It’s really easy to get bored and lethargic but please don’t let your fitness go – you will feel so much better if you make an effort to look after yourself.

I have been teaching my Pilates and fitness classes online over the last few weeks and I love it!


It really has opened up my classes to a whole new audience but I’m so grateful for the support of many of my previous clients too.

Yesterday I changed the vibe of my Thursday morning to Pilates with some Fitness Yoga and relaxation too and I did my first mindfulness session online.
