I am delighted to have had some new 121 clients this month and it's great we can still train outside despite the Lockdown.

It's best to get warmed up first so I have been doing a mix of power walking and running first and then some High Intensity, Pilates and stretching afterwards.

This is a great way to lose weight and some of my clients just want someone to run with or teach them how to.
