It's hard to believe with the current snow here in Stirling that Spring is on it's way but it is - snow drops are everywhere and the days are getting longer which is great for keeping fit and exercising.
I'm still working outside with some 121 clients who just don't want to do fitness online, so we have been power walking, running and making use of my equipment such as the sandbags pictured which are great for core strength and more.
My online classes are going well with the morning ones most popular right now. I'm so pleased that my Fitness Yoga and Pilates combo on a Sunday morning has really taken off - I regularly have 20+ in this class and we enjoy the light choreography and chill out vibes.
The mindfulness section on a Thursday morning is going well too - I would never have thought a year ago this would work so well online.
I'm looking forward to brighter days ahead and bringing some of you back to the studio when I'm allowed.
