I can't believe we're half way through February already and 7 weeks from the start of the year!
I always think this is a great time to assess where you are at with your fitness, especially if you went off with a bang in January and are either struggling to keep up a busy schedule or are starting to lose interest in your routine.
You have to make fitness fun, functional and realistic - by that I mean not over doing and expecting quick results - fitness is a lifelong committment if you want real results so it has to be something you can stick to and make part of your life.
I offer a mix of Pilates for core, strength, posture and flexibility, High Intensity for fatburning, healthy heart and blood sugar levels, bone density, power and endurance and Fitness Yoga for stretching , strength and balance.
Ideally you would do a mix of each per week - you can do this online too if you are away with work or struggling for childcare etc.
121 training is great if you want a bespoke programme or time and this could include exercising outside such as running or power walking.
Whatever you do keep moving! Movement is Medicine and Sitting is the new smoking!
