Stirling Fitness is a small functional fitness studio owned and run by local mum of two Elaine Morgan Machray.
Elaine has always kept fit, with a background in running, dance and leisure management and has a huge interest in Functional Fitness and Small Group Training. She understands the barriers clients have when they first start exercising and offers an intimate and educational environment in which to begin
Elaine is passionate about exercise and keeping fit, and understands the impact this has on physical and mental well-being.
Elaine has over 20 years experience in the leisure/fitness industry as a Manager and as an Instructor and keeps her training up to date through courses and study.<
Elaine trained with the YMCA in London before learning the Fitness Pilates method with creator Rachel Holmes. She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Pilates Matwork and a Freestyle Fitness Yoga qualification.
She is also a qualified Pre/Post Natal Exercise specialist and is studying with The Functional Aging Institute of America to be an Aging Specialist.
