Get fit for 2025!

Pilates and HIIT classes got off to a great start this week with everyone keen to get going again after the break. I've been experimenting with some new exercises particularly using the Bender Balls which are great for really engaging the core and pelvic floor and I have brought the Gliding Discs back into some classes too for a more advanced workout!

Your core is super important for your posture, supporting your back and shoulders and allowing you to move more easily so if you don't do any right now come along and try a class.

I'm looking to run a MOTR (Movement on the Roller) workshop soon which is a more advanced core workout based on the Pilates Reformer but with added challenges for balance and some roling or myofascial release too. Let me know if you're interested.
