New Pilates block starts this week!

This week sees the start of my Summer session of Pilates and Fitness classes so it's the the perfect time to get fit and in shape for your holiday or Summer break.

You can combine Pilates, which is great for toning and strength, with some High Intensity or aerobic exercise which is good for fatburning and increasing your energy levels, especially in a 121 session where you can pick the perfect time to suit. Check out my timetable above on the 'Classes' page.

Classes were very busy last week and some in the new block are already full so don't delay if you would like to try one out.

Beginners are welcome in most sessions and anyone can do Pilates no matter what your age or level so don't be afraid to give it a go - I hope to meet you soon and welcome you to the Studio.
