Classes have been a bit quieter this week as Easter approaches but a couple are fully booked which is great!
We have taken the opportunity to use some of the great Pilates equipment I have here in the Studio - the MOTR (or Movement on the Roller) which is based on the Pilates Reformer, with pulleys to challenge your strength and it's unique curved, cushioned surface for balance challenge and massage or myofascial release. I am thinking of setting up a weekly MOTR class so let me know if you would be interested.
Above is client Jane using the Bender Ball to add further challenge to the Pilates Seated Roll Down with the ball under her feet. Great for core, Pelvic floor and back flexibility.
