Get fit for Summer!

The weather has been wonderful here in Stirling recently so there really is no excuse to get out and get moving!

We love in such a beautiful place with the Trossach mountains and beautiful lochs - I have been getting a few Munros in the bag and continuing my training for my 100km walk for Breast Cancer Now in June.

Classes have been busy but I still have a few spaces in most and you can begin Pilates any time during the course which runs until 28/6/24.

Pilates is so good for your posture and core and you will feel more flexible - like you are 'walking on air' after a class.

We have been working with the MOTR (Movement on the Roller) when classes have been quieter. The MOTR is really a mobile Reformer or advanced piece of Pilates equipment but it can be used for rolling/massage or myofascial release which is really important for treating stiff muscles and preventing injury.

You can book a private session with the MOTR or even just mat Pilates/HIIT.
