Pilates and fitness classes come to a close next week and are off for most of July. We have had a great session this time and I have seen many of you really progressing with your fitness and showing real commitment to your classes which is essential if you are to make fitness part of your life.

Pilates is a good base for a healthy life - strong core, back, great posture and flexibility but you also need to do some aerobic exercise to complement it such as swimming, running or brisk walking.

I teach High Intensity classes twice a week which are great for fatburning and power - the early Tuesday morning at 7.30am is online and only half an hour so plenty of time to get showered before your day begins!

If you are serious about your fitness stop making excuses and get on with it - I still can't believe people are saying fitness is too expensive, they haven't got time etc. This is your health - it is priceless so look after it - if you take responsiblity you will help to take pressure off our struggling NHS too!
